The founder. Graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1983; graduated in labour relations and social security from the Social School in Barcelona in 1977.
He has practised as a lawyer and member of the Lawyers’ Associations of both the Balearic Islands and Madrid; and as a labour relations and social security graduate in the Labour Relations and Social Security Graduates’ Association of the Balearic Islands. He has been a lecturer in the University School of Labour Relations of the University of the Balearic Islands since 1987, and is a post-graduate professor for students obtaining the qualification of Expert in Labour Relations and Social Security of the UIB; furthermore he has been an arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Court of the Balearic Islands (TAMIB) since its foundation, and is also a member of the Spanish Social Security and Labour Law Association, and of the ‘Cercle d’Economia’ (economy circle) of Mallorca.
